piece of silk jersey (lenght of skirt x girth of the hips), another piece of black mesh (the same size) and elastic for belt. 

Denim+chambray

Very simple - 2 ft piece of Chanel chambray, 10 inchel of printed Etro silk, elastiс  - and u got a skirt! Ok, the silk block made with lining. But its as easy to make as pillowcase skirt.
